JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Understanding client requirements and providing matching resources.
  • Mapping clients requirement and implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels.
  • Ensuring continuous interaction with customer to make sure that area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels.
  • Setting out quality standards for various operational areas, ensuring a high quality customer experience while adhering to the SLAs and work processes.
  • Coordination with the client Understanding business process, functionality and preparing the business requirement document for the same.
  • Framing work direction and plan for associates as per their capability, preparing and presenting various weekly/monthly reports related to their productivity.
  • Ability to analyze and translate requirements and development stories into test scripts to ensure complete test coverage.
  • Strong understand of testing (Manual) over Web & Mobile.
  • Proven experience in functional, regression and cross-browser testing.
  • Ability to see to completion entire testing process from data validation to front end GUI using a combination of SQL, manual testing techniques.
  • Thorough understanding of the defect life-cycle process and industry standard defect tracking tools.
  • Should have knowledge on how to setup and run the tests for multiple browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Opera and Safari).Knowledge of SQL and querying of databases.
  • Should have understanding and experience of web based security threats and how to test for them
    Willingness to learn new technologies, approaches and test tools.
  • Setting up targets, SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), setting CTQ (Critical to Quality) and CTP (Critical to Process) targets.
  • Workflow planning, Costing and Time Frame allocation.
  • Monitored project activities and advise staff of issues due to resource availability.
  • Providing value added solution services by program reviews, monitoring the post service activities like follow up with the clients, service reminders.
  • Mapping clients requirement and implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels.Ensuring continuous interaction with customer to make sure that area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels.
  • Setting out quality standards for various operational areas, ensuring a high quality customer experience while adhering to the SLAs and work processes.
